30 Day Challenger

30 Day Challenger is a personal experiment setting challenges to stretch myself over 30 days. Apart from finishing my music video, challenges are on hold for now while I’m busy writing a novel. Here’s what I’ve been up to in the past.

Why 30 day challenges?

Why do this? It forces me to grow. I hope that doing this betters me as a person, and ideally – inspires a few others. But failing that, it should at least be a laugh.

How did this get started?

It started by accident; I was just looking to break my addiction to Facebook. 30 days later, I tried applying the same trick to getting fit. After that worked, I realised I might be onto something.

I love to challenge myself. I feel most alive when I’m doing something that makes me grow. And I realised this might help others too.
